Join Nathan & George for a day of Yoga & Pilates exploring 4 different sessions throughout the day. 

We'll be taking a guided walk in the local area after lunch and wrapping the day up with a sneaky peak at what Swallow Park has to offer. 

Your ticket includes a Healthy Lunch and a Treatment from one of the 6 therapists joining us on the day.
