I pride myself on bringing enjoyment and fun to every class and believe I have a true zest for Pilates & fitness.

As a Pilates Studio owner and BASI Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Presenter; previously instructing at conventions such as Leisure Industry week, Fit Pro, Fitness Fiesta and also joining the bootybarre team at the famous International Fitness Showcase in Blackpool. I have been so fortunate to draw on a wealth of experience and knowledge further enhancing my own teaching methods and style.

2021 will see my sixth year as a Master Trainer for the International barre concept "bootybarre". Following training in LA with creator Tracey Mallett in 2015, I have delivered bootybarre & bbarreless instructor training courses throughout the UK and Ireland and love to inspire and share knowledge with others.

It’s incredibly important to me that as fitness professionals we continue to grow and learn. Finding BASI (Body Arts Science International) Pilates inspired me to open Bodywerx Studios in Norwich, Norfolk. This allows me to share Pilates with my local community, encouraging others to discover the benefits of the works Jospeh Pilates created.

For me fitness is a continuing journey – “We are never the 'best', we simply strive to provide the best”. I continue my education with workshops and further education throughout the year, in order to ethically deliver the safest & most relevant work I can.
